About Me
I have a wealth of experience within the game from Football League to the heights of the English Premier League as well as a very successful period in International Football. I have also spent time managing in both Ireland and Greece.
I have represented both Players and Managers on their respective Management Committees, helping to protect their rights within the game.
Furthermore I was one of the FA’s first holders of the UEFA Professional Licence.
I am still very much involved in the game appearing as a ‘pundit’ on all of the main media outlets at one time or another and out and about at weekends keeping an eye on this ever changing game.
I also attend sport/football conferences around the world, taking part either as a speaker, demonstrator, representative or simply an attendee.
Being in the game for over 35 years as a Player, Coach and ultimately Manager, I have seen the good, the bad and sometimes the ugly sides of the industry.
